Case overview
This project involved setting up an online shop. We had to reconstruct the website from scratch because many links and images were broken, and the structure did not meet the client’s needs.
Our mandate was to rebuild the business image, ensuring easy access to all pages, create an online store with 10 initial products, validate the setup of Google tools, and handle content writing and translation.
We were also tasked with preparing various forms and linking them to the appropriate emails, launching a blog for business news and promotions, and opening a newsletter account tailored to their needs.
We performed both organic and structural SEO to enhance the website’s visibility on search engines and provided multiple training sessions to help them manage the website and add products.
Our Approach
Since everything needed to be rebuilt, we adopted a systematic and organized approach by establishing a clear sequence of steps before starting the project.
In Phase 1, we focused on gathering relevant text content and images, reformatting the graphic elements, and preparing the website structure with the shop before beginning the integration phase.
In Phase 2, our task was to add the products to the shop.
In Phase 3, we worked on content writing, completed the contact form, and set up the blog for business news and the newsletter account.
In Phase 4, we implemented both organic and structural SEO and completed the translation. Finally, we provided comprehensive training to the client so they could manage their website and online shop independently.
The Results
The client was very pleased with the final setup and was able to easily add products to his online shop, working in a much improved environment compared to before.
The GTmetrix statistics are excellent for a transactional website, maintaining a B Grade with 87% performance and 85% structure.
The website also has strong visibility on search engines.
